The husband publicly threw his wife out of the house, took away her car keys, and, in front of everyone, tossed the divorce papers into her hands.
He was convinced that once she signed them, she would have nothing left.
No money. No home of her own. No right even to come near the company he had long been calling his alone.
Standing beside him were his mother and a young woman with whom he was no longer hiding his relationship. All three looked at his wife with such superiority that it seemed as though her life was already over.

His mother smirked.

The younger woman stood there smiling, making no attempt to hide her excitement.
She had already imagined herself as the mistress of the luxurious mansion, the expensive cars, and the company she believed she would soon own.

“How much longer?” the husband demanded.
She closed the folder and answered calmly,
“No. There’s only one thing left to do.”
He laughed.
“What? Call a friend and ask if you can stay at her place?”
Even his future bride couldn’t help laughing quietly.
The woman didn’t respond.
Instead, she took her personal phone from her handbag, opened her contacts, and pressed a single number.
Everyone watched in silence, unable to understand why she was making a phone call at that moment.
A few seconds later, someone answered.
“Good afternoon. I believe it’s finally time for everyone to hear the truth. Please come here with all the documents. It seems some people still don’t know who this company actually belongs to.”
