A business-class passenger, a 32-year-old marketing professional, was calmly scrolling through her phone when a flight attendant of about fifty years old, with a stern face and impeccable hairstyle, appeared next to her.
She approached and sat in one of the business-class seats, calmly waiting for the flight to begin. When everything was ready for boarding, the flight attendant began checking the seats, comparing them with the passengers’ tickets.
