The officers went out for a routine patrol and noticed an unusual elderly man. What happened after they began to follow him astonished everyone.
The patrol had started its regular shift near a children’s playground. As the sergeant walked through the area, he suddenly noticed an old man sitting on a bench with a half-torn bag beside him.
