Early in the morning, when the city was shrouded in fog, a Black woman decided to take her twins for a walk down the street.
As she passed through a crowded area, she felt her condition worsening — but only the thought that no one would be able to help her children if she got worse allowed her to hold herself together.
Realizing that things could not continue this way, she took the children and turned off the road toward home, so that even if she lost consciousness, the children would be home — in the house that was empty for her except for the children, since she lived alone and had no one to help her.
As they were approaching their neighborhood, the woman lost consciousness and fell to the ground, while the children, powerless, sat next to their unconscious mother and, crying, tried in some way to attract attention so that someone would come to help.
But passersby who walked by thought the woman was simply homeless and slept wherever she could because she had no home, while in reality, the situation was different.
About ten minutes later, a car arrived. A tall, slim man got out, and upon seeing the woman in that condition, without hesitation, he took her to the nearest hospital and took the children with him while the doctors brought the woman back to consciousness.
An hour later, the woman regained consciousness and, opening her eyes, immediately asked the doctors where her children were. The doctor reassured her, saying that the children were safe and were in the hospital corridor with the man. 😨😨
The woman was speechless upon hearing the word “man,” because at the moment he was helping her, she was unconscious and had seen nothing.
