The dog, seeing a garbage truck parked on the street, approached it and began to aggressively attack it and try to open the cargo compartment, and what people on the street saw inside shocked all those present.
The city streets were still half empty, and the garbage truck had already started its next work route.
The driver had been driving through the districts since early morning, collecting the contents of the garbage bins. After a few hours, he reached one of the older districts of the city.
Feeling tired, he decided to stop for a few minutes near a small shop in the middle of the street to buy cigarettes.
He turned off the engine, closed the door, and went into the shop.
At that moment, a German shepherd appeared at the other end of the street.
Few people knew that many years earlier this dog had served in a special border and search-and-rescue unit, where it had been trained under various specialized programs.
The dog suddenly stopped.

Everyone froze.
Inside, behind garbage bags and among old boxes, a small boy was sitting.
He was about seven or eight years old.
He was pale, frightened, and barely breathing.
It turned out that the child had gone missing a few hours earlier in a nearby district. While playing, he had unknowingly climbed into an empty container, which was later automatically emptied into the cargo area of the garbage truck.
Neither the driver nor the workers noticed this.
If the vehicle had continued its route, the child could have suffered serious injuries when the waste compaction system was activated.
However, the dog had sensed the child’s smell and heard his weak sounds.
That is why it did not leave the vehicle.
It was trying at any cost to reach the person inside.

The boy was carefully lifted out of the vehicle and handed over to doctors.
